Karell Vertet
I am Karell and an ex Cheerleader myself! I've been at Worlds 5 times as both an athlete and a coach and have unfortunately numerous ridiculous appearances on TV.
I moved to London in 2016 for work as an engineer/architect and still work full time. Having previously worked as a sales rep for Varsity Europe, I was asked by a few teams, ​in 2017 if I knew someone who could design and produce their cheerleading gear. What was originally just a way to help them get affordable custom uniforms without compromising on quality and facilitate communication with English speaking companies, eventually became Dazzle Athletics Ltd.​
I'm also an international judge, mainly to see my uniforms shine on the mat.
As an non practising architect it's a way for me to get my daily dose of creativity.... and bling! (*hides her shoe collection)
I'll be there every step of the way to ensure continuity year in year out while keeping the cost as affordable as possible.
Anaïs Tajan
Hi ! My name is Anaïs and I am in charge of everything social !
I am a master degree graduate in communications, advertising and digital strategy - and have been a cheerleader for over 10 years at USTCV in Bordeaux, FR.
I have always been keen to creating communication supports for my gym, going from helping with the mixes to creating social media support.
I now assist Karell to develop her brand’s notoriety on the internet and also animate her community. If you’ve ever had a comment from our account on instagram, chances are, I was probably behind it. 😋
Growing with Dazzle is such a fun experience, I get to still have foot in the cheerleading world while perfecting my communications skills. I love seeing our customers dazzle in their uniforms and see the confidence we have the chance to help them gain.

Myrième Labeau
Hi! I’m Myrième, a lifelong cheerleader and creative mind who loves turning big ideas into beautiful, impactful projects.
I’ve had the honor of representing France eight times at the ICU World Championships, including Coed France from 2015 to 2017 and All Girl in 2022 and 2024, where I captained the team. I’m also a five-time national champion and have been coaching since 2017, working with athletes of all levels in France and internationally.
Beyond the mat, I’m deeply passionate about design and storytelling. My background in Design and Communication has given me the tools to create engaging visuals, branding concepts, and communication materials that capture the energy of cheerleading. Whether it’s designing uniforms, crafting social media content, or building a club’s identity from scratch, I love blending creativity with strategy to make a vision come to life.
In 2024, I founded my own cheerleading club, which I now lead as president, and I hold ICU CSC Elite and FFFA Elite coaching certifications, currently working toward ICU Premier. My goal is to help the sport grow in France by combining high-level athletic performance with strong, inspiring visual storytelling that celebrates every athlete’s journey.
